My keypad CONSTANTLY goes offline for a couple minutes, then comes back online by itself without my doing anything. It does it basically all day and all night. It's very annoying because I get an audible alert on my phone all night long while sleeping and I never know if it's a camera detecting motion outside or the keypad.....

Move the keypad closer to your router for testing. It may be an issue with signal strength/quality. If that works better, check the original location for other nearby wireless devices that use the 2.4GHz band.

It's literally about 12 feet from my router. Signal strength is not the issue. I've read of this issue online and it appears that this is a common problem. Lately it's been better, but it seems to vary from day to day. When I reached out here it was happening literally every 10 minutes or so, but now it seems it's back to only a few times a day....... ?
