I have upgraded to an AT&T home internet wireless system. There is not a ethernet port to plug my Arlo Pro VMB4000 into. There are two ports, one labeled 1GB and the other 10GB. Will one of these work or is there something else I need to do?

These are both ethernet ports. Use the 1 GB one - some 10 GB ports don't support the 100 MB/s ethernet used by the VMB4000.
