I accidently deleted my new phone as a trusted device and I cannot add it as a message showz something went wrong. I tried every verification step,unistalled and re installed it and nothing. My new phone is a Samsung Zfold 8.

Try using a computer browser to go to my.arlo.com and check Settings, Two-Step Verification. Can you delete old devices there?

Thank you for your reply. I tried that,but still cannot get to trust my new device. Maybe something is corrupt and that is the reason.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
