I AM HOLD UP ITHIS IS AN EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM HOLD UP IN MY HOME WITH TWO BABIES. A MAN IS WALKING AROUND MY HOME. MY FIANCE CALLED ME FROM ANOTHER PLACE IN THE US. HE SAW SOMEONE WLKING UP MY SIDEWALK, AND HE CALLED ME TO ALERT ME. I HAVE NO ACCESS TO VIEW MY CAMERAS. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME REGAIN ACCESS IMMEDIATELY. I AM SO FRIGHTENED FOR ME & OUR BABIES.

We need more info to help. Are you the owner of the cameras or is your fiance? Assuming he is, have you clicked on Home and chosen the bottom choice?

In any event, a call to the police would get a more immediate response to your problem.

I have looked into your account and I do not see any cameras associated with the email address. I can look into this further if you want to dm me the email address associated with the Arlo account. However, I do agree with @jguerdat that if you think you are in danger 911 would be the fastest response time and they could ensure your safety. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
