All in one sensor dies in 24hrs

Brand new home security system installed and two of my All in One sensors die within 24hrs after turning on, literally with the same settings and even sitting right next to a functional one. I did the RMA and it has the same problem.

Support is slow, RMAs are painful and the app gets into strange states where I cannot add or remove devices periodically.

Seriously considering returning for another solution if these basic door sensors don’t start working.

Thanks for reaching out. I see only one of the six sensors is depleted at the moment. Can you try replacing the battery with a Panasonic CR2477 and monitor the battery drain. If it occurs again I can have the team work on another replacement for you.
