      <description>&lt;P&gt;Gary, &amp;nbsp;You either have to figure it out on your own or with help from community. The community is their customer support. &amp;nbsp;Everybody that has figured out the problem tries to help others. &amp;nbsp; That is Arlo's business model. They offer less and less service but increase pricing due to "rising" costs. What costs? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
