    <description>&lt;P&gt;Most companies, including this one, simply auto renew your subscriptions, and it's actually your responsibility to keep an eye on your finances. However, I'd hope a company would send its customer a price increase reminder of some kind to say that from XX date, you'll be paying xx amount of money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Massive monthly rate hike. My monthly subscription went from $7.99 a month to $13 to $21 without approval. I’d like a refund for the difference for the past three months at minimum. I’m on auto pay so it just happened without notification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
