Sync Door Sensor

After I replaced the battery in the door sensors I can’t get them to sync with the keypad hub- any suggestions?

Assuming the battery is inserted correctly (I'd think it would be nearly impossible to do otherwise but verify the contacts (and battery) are actually clean and connecting), they should just automatically connect. Does the LED on the sensor ever blink? Check page 9 on this document:

I still can't get my sensors to sync with hub after changing out the batteries in each one.

I have looked at the manual and followed the instructions and every time I get the message,

"All-In-One Sensor was not found".
