Phantom Siren Activation and Now Involuntary Mode Change

Problem #1: Phantom Siren Activation

How do I troubleshoot phantom siren activations on my keypad sensor hub. My siren will activate periodically, but there is no indication of why it went off. This happens periodically, maybe 5 out of 7 days a week, and mostly late at night or very early morning. I really need someone help to resolve this issue as it is completely unacceptable for a home security system.

Problem #2: Involuntary Mode Change

Early this morning my system switched from Arm Home to Standby mode on its own without any interaction from me. I really need someone help to resolve this issue as it is completely unacceptable for a home security system.

Both of these problems I am experience pretty much make the Arlo Security System useless.

Are you sharing your system with someone who may be changing things? It may be worth changing your password to be sure no one else can use your account.

It may be fastest to remove all devices from your account and start fresh. You'll have to set everything up again but that should take care of any weirdness.

I'm not sharing and don't see this at all resembling some type of hack of the system.

I find it hard to believe that I need to delete all my devices and re-add them, but I may give this a try in a few days. Most likely I guessing I have a faulty keypad sensor hub.
