When I upgraded to the "new" Arlo experience, I immediately lost the ability to play videos from my feed in Chrome (Windows 10). I played them in Edge for a while -- but about noon today, I started getting a green window instead of a video. I can still paly the videos in Firefox and on my Android phone, but the universe of working platforms is contracting. (If I lose Firefox, the system will be useless to me.)

Any ideas? I've given up on getting the videos to work under Chrome, but I'm hopeful of getting them to work under Edge again, like they did this morning.

Thanks for your help!

That didn't help on Chrome, but... just as I was about to try it on Edge, a browser update came through, and the problem went away. Very mysterious.
