&lt;P&gt;You're getting the error because you didn't execute the final step.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest removing the keypad from your account, doing a hardware reset of the keypad and then adding it back again.&amp;nbsp; Use the "using the keypad" method.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Key Pad Base help onboarding</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cameras and smart hub are paired and showing as working. I’ve added the key pad and it shows up in the app with a red ! And says Incomplete setup followed by Finish Onboarding. When I do that it takes me through everything again. However the same problem is when I get to the final step instructing me to press the standby button then enter PIN and press enter/check mark button, it does not allow me to Continue. &amp;nbsp;The continue tab stays gray and won’t work. &amp;nbsp;Arlo support says that my Premium Plan is active and the keypad shows as active so why am I getting an incomplete setup error?&lt;/P&gt;
