I have vmb5000 smarthub and it doesn’t turn on at all even the light doesn’t turn on. Tryed with a another power supply and same thing. It’s only three years old. Is this the quality of this brand?

Any electronics can fail at any time for any reason. It sounds like the hub is faulty but I would first test the power supply with a voltmeter to verify that it's supplying 12 volts DC.

Did you also try another outlet? Or plugging something else into it?

Yes i did and the power supply is working correctly.

Then unfortunately it sounds like the issue is the smarthub itself.
