What were you trying to do when this happened? There have been reports of the latest app (5.4.0) crashing if you use Library to view recordings and then pick Local to view local recordings on a hub.

Right now it would seem that you need to wait for a new version to be released. You could migrate your account to use Feed instead of Library but there are ramifications around doing so, such as losing custom modes as well as needing to check all modes for proper rules, schedules and geofencing settings. If your setup is relatively simple, it shouldn't be much of a transition other than the look and feel and where things are located.
