    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there another device in the house you can try setting the keypad up with by any chance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Security keypad - can not select network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to set up a new security keypad.&amp;nbsp; I am using an iPhone 15 Pro and am connected to a 2.4 network with cellular data turned off.&amp;nbsp; Local network access is enabled.&amp;nbsp; During the setup process, after I click "Continue" with the check mark flashing on the keypad, I get a pop up window that says "Arlo Secure" Wants to Join Wi-Fi Network "Arlo_9226" with the choices "Cancel" and "Join".&amp;nbsp; When I select "Join", after a few seconds the Wi-Fi icon of my phone goes away and I get another pop up with the error message "Unable to join Arlo_9226" with some other text about checking to make sure the device is turned on, etc.&amp;nbsp; At this point, the Wi-Fi icon turns back on and I am connected to my home network.&amp;nbsp; I never get to the connection step where I am asked to chose a network.&amp;nbsp; I am pretty sure that "Arlo_9226" is my keypad, because that network goes away from the list of networks on my phone when I unplug the keypad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried troubleshooting on my own, and have spent an hour with Arlo customer support, but I had to disconnect because I had other things to do.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the things I/we have tried, one at a time and in many combinations:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory reset the keypad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verified that my network is 2.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disconnected every other Arlo device I have on the network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleted and reinstalled the Arlo app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted my phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried running the installation from my iPad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not tried throwing the keypad against my wall, but I have wanted to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am outside the 30 day return window or I would.&amp;nbsp; However, I really do want this to work, as I have several other Arlo products.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
