Every time i try to log in the app it says unknown error!

Have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it and see if it will let you log in?

Yes, i tried! And i reset the password and still the same problem

Are you on iOS or Android? Can you also try turning off the phone and turning it back on. Making sure all open apps are closed. Also, can you log into My.Arlo.com from a web browser?

IOS, i tried everything and still the same problem.

yes i can log in in the browser but when i try to see the camera it will take me to the app and the same problem it says unknown error!

Can you log into the browser on a PC???

I didn’t try, but i will not carry a pc with me the whole time! I want to be able to log in my iPhone when i’m not around the house and check the cameras!!

Of course. But the first step is to log in somewhere.

Arlo limits what you can access from the mobile browser, there are more controls and settings when you log into my.arlo.com from a PC.
