New App Upgrade

Stay way from the new app upgrade.
first of all it removes all your preset security settings and you have to reprogram everything again.

second the programming makes no sense. I have put the cameras on standby but they still activate.

it is a mess!

Arlo need to do something about this new app ASAP.

This is the worst i have ever navigated through, an absolute horrible mess.

Thanks for reaching out. I eventually managed to work it out and I think it is now correctly activated.

The programming is not very intuitive and, the way I read it, "Standby" and "Home Armed" modes are exactly the same thing. ... you can set some cameras on standby and others to be armed... in both modes.

What I do like is the "away Armed" which automatically sets all cameras to armed.
