Can’t get my head around the new arlo app, overly complicated, worked fine for years and now alerts flying all over the place

There are several routes you can take when it comes to your camera picking up too much activity. Activity Zones, Motion Sensitivity and Camera placement are the three areas I would encourage you to focus on while tuning your camera to fit your needs. Depending on your environment it may take some trial and error to dial in the settings so that the camera is detecting as desired.
