topic Arlo Go 2 keeps going offline in Arlo Go 2

Verizon sent me the Go 2 as a replacement for the original Arlo Go which stopped working. This camera is hooked up to AC power and uses cellular service - no Wi-Fi. However since we installed the Go 2 it periodically goes offline. The last time it happened I had to remove the battery to reset it.

No issues with the previous version camera. Also no issues with power disruption or cell service. Any idea what is causing this issue?

thanks!

I can't help much since my Go 2 is connected only to WiFi.

The usual suspect is the signal strength/quality. While a previous camera may have worked well in that location, different hardware may not. I would move the camera to another location to test. If that has the same issue, use Settings, Support (Center) to choose the camera model and have access to official support.
