Yea it's not working when I push the green button nothing happens it won't show a location map or anything

I can't even upload a screen shot in here. Ok it worked. Thanks for any help

Same issue here..

Can't toggle location (grayed out)

Green "locate" button does nothing (waited 10 min and longer multiple times)

I would really like the locate feature to work incase the camera is stolen.

I have the same issue with 2 arlo go cameras - is there a fix for this?

I click on the locate now icon and iscsays can take up to 2 mins but nothing changes.

I'm still trying to resolve this issue. If I push the locate button it says to wait but nothing happens.

Is everyone posting about this issue raising it with official support? May not get fixed if unknown to support and engineering.

I got the same problem worked fine until february this year.

Tried it out in 2 different locations.

is any support looking at this ?
