      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is has been an on-going issue and Arlo can't seem to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to buy the arlo secure multi plan for a year now so none of my footage gets saved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday when I tried to buy it, it only took 30 cents instead of the full amount and then it didn't show that it was activated on my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That did not work. I found out a few days ago that I was paying $300 a month to Arlo. I guess everytime I paid, it adds on to the existing subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I bought the plan, it didn't apply it to my account though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo has no problem taking my money but won't help fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
