      <title>Adding Camera to Active Cameras in Smart Notifications</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to see all 6 cameras I have in the Active Camera section of the Smart Notifications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not listed in the inactive section and I cannot work out how to add it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get notifications for activity but it no recordings are added to the library for this camera.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have factory reset the camera, reinstalled, I'm tried on the mobile app, the desktop, just can't work out why one camera (which is the same as the others), a Go2 is just not there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you look in the subscription area, and click on "manage cameras", do you see it under the subscription?&amp;nbsp; Or do you see it in under "no plan"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This seems to be the problem.&amp;nbsp; One camera (likely the Go 2) isn't in the plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try contacting support - use the support area of the app, and select one of the cameras that is in the subscription plan.&amp;nbsp; That will give you a phone option.&amp;nbsp; Phone support is available 6 am to 6 pm US pacific time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
