The Arlo app is undergoing a new UI update that we hope will alleviate confusion and make using the app easier. This will however take some getting used to for those who are existing users and have experience with the previous interface.

For more information on the new UI with modes, rules, and automations, take a look here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062777/About-Arlo-Routines-Modes-Rules-and-Automations

I recently had to update the Arlo app, which we use in our construction business, and the new app is horrible! You can no longer arm/disarm cameras easily and I have been on chat/phone support for hours trying to get 3 of my 6 cameras working!

You now have to Add Rules to then turn motion on/off and then save. Why the dramatic change! Useless to us for now until they can fix three of our cameras. Is the previous version still supported?
