I'm trying to set up my Go2 camera, VML2030, and every time I get to the part where I name my camera and select the time zone, I get the error "something went wrong device cannot be registered to your account". This happens on cell signal and on WiFi connection. What do I do?

You can try a camera reset and/or connect to WiFi first and then connect to cell service.
