I have not used my Arlo Go 2 cameras for 6 months. We only use them during the winter months. I suspended service on them. Do I have to go through the set up again? Or will they connect when the batteries are charged?

If the cameras were never removed from your account, they should simply reconnect with the charged battery.

What do you mean by "suspended service on them"? Canceled the subscription or something else?

I’m having the same problem trying to reconnect after not using it for months. I also had tried to suspend it for the 3 months it allows, but I got charged anyway during those months. Anyway, now that I’m trying to reconnect I get the slow flashing blue light, which means it’s starting up, and should only take a few minutes, but it never changes from the slow flashing blue light. I’ve tried removing the battery for 10 seconds (twice), but it doesn’t change anything. I’m using it with Verizon data as opposed to Wi-Fi.
