Motion detection setup for Arlo Go 2 won't update

Arlo Go 2 1.090.7.1.8 firmware

I just got these and I'm trying to setup the motion detection. If I go to the video settings I see what seems to be the first picture it took when it was online. It won't update to the new picture where I have mounted it. I have 3 dots that just keep spinning on the screen in the middle of the old picture. How do I get the new picture to show up?

Try reinserting the battery. Is the camera connected to WiFi or cell service or both?

The camera is on LTE, but the connection is not awesome. I'll try the battery remove and insert.
