Hi,

As in title, one night while camera mode is off, infrared lights of camera turned on. There was no motion. This could be automatic updates or some sort of hacking of a network camera relies on. I have found several similar posts so it happens other people as well. I have 2FA setup and access to camera is not shared. I would like some technical support preferably via email to know if and by what IPs camera was "turned on" for specific date. I think that would be the fastest way to clear all doubts.

Thank you for reaching out. There are a few reasons the IR lights may activate even when the camera appears "off." Some common causes include:

Firmware or OTA updates
System health checks or connectivity tests
The camera being in standby rather than fully off (depending on the mode selected)

Regarding your request for IP access logs, this data isn't available through customer support. However, you can review your account's Login History in the Arlo app here:

Tap the profile icon
Tap Privacy Center
Tap Account
Tap Active Device Sessions to verify there's been no unauthorized access.

We recommend enabling two-step verification if you haven't already and updating your password as needed.
