Hello,
So I recently purchase an "Arlo Go 2" in the box I also received a scratch off secure code for 24months subscription plan. But when I tried to use it it says invalid code. How this could of happened that the code is invalid when the card wasn't scratched off? Is there any possibilities to resolve this?
