    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be a faulty camera or battery. A possible solution, assuming the battery is ok and the camera isn't actually dead, is to use the external charging station. A second battery could also be useful but be sure to have a return privilege.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, im having Arlo go 2 already for almost 2 years, everythong worked fine, last week i took it of the wall to recharge, and it doesnt recharge anymore, i done a restart multiple times, nothing happens, orange light sometimes bipes for asecond&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you let the battery totally deplete? Try this FAQ - the key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to then let it charge normally. Recharge proactively to prevent this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;had same issue you will find the outer case terminals are corroded and shorting inside the case - I have 3 units all have done it and Arlo sell spare cases so clearly aware of crap design - its poor design - test continuity between terminal connection without the camera and you will see its not open circuit and a short will exist. hence battery runs out super quick and wont charge&lt;/P&gt;</description>
