      <title>Help with payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been paying $4.99 a month , now it's $7.99 a month to Arlo. I am not sure what I'm paying for. Also , I got an email that said the payment couldn't go through. It's the same card that paid it in June. Do I have to have a subscription to have videos on the camera when actrivated? I can see it in live when I hit that button&amp;nbsp; , but since this email there are no videos in the library.&lt;/P&gt;

I do understand now , that what Ive been paying for all along IS a subscription. So I have the videos back &amp;amp; its working as expected. But its gone from $4.99 up to&amp;nbsp; the end of Feb 2024 to $7.99&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lsmbisthelight&lt;/P&gt;</description>
