New Arlo App

I find the new app to be confusing and difficult to use.

I am unable to pause a recording to zoom in as a still on a subject. It keeps playing. I have to download that recording and replay it in another program.

To utilize tools in the new app are no longer easy to access.

I have used Arlo Cameras since 2017 and never had issues with pausing a recording and zooming in or acessing tools.

I feel Arlo needs to revert back to the previous app and work out easier access before it re

When I touch the center of the recording while it is playing, I see a pause icon in the center of the screen. When I touch that, the video pauses. I can then zoom the video and move to any area of the field of view. Touching the center again lets me resume playback.

Where does this process go wrong when you do it?
