I can only see recordings in liberary from one of the cameras

I upgraded my account and want to store video recordings from both my cameras. But I can only see recordings in liberary from one of the cameras.

Have you checked your subscription status to ensure that camera is included?

Do both cameras have an Arlo Secure subscription?

In my subscription it is 2 cameras . But in library I can only see recording from one camera.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the problem camera?

Yes I can record when livestreaming the camera and the manuell recording is in the library.

Good. The next step is to look at the mode you are using for the camera. You can examine the rule(s) in the mode by using the edit function. You are looking for a rule for the camera that notifies when motion is detected and then records.
