ARLO Go2 cannot connect to European LTE network

Hi, have bought NEW arlo go 2 camera with no network restrictions in US. Took them to Europe, Latvia and bought local sim card by local mobile operator also ARLO distributor. BUT unfortunately camera does not recognize sim card or network what should I do, any European settings or what, please help!!!

You will need to reach out to the Sim provider to see what restrictions may or may not be in place for the Go 2.

Hey, I have tried several SIM from diferent providers, everything works with other LTE cameras and even mine ARLO Go, but not with those specific ARLO GO2. I could assure that there is no issue with SIM, but some troble with Camera itself, even local dealer here in LATVIA has said that with ARLO GO2 this seems to be regular issue? How to act?

It's not helpful saying to contact our SIM provider.

They says no restrictions have and any other device works fine, but not Go 2.

Maybe you will try to fix this issue

I looked into this further and the 4G/5G bands of the NA version are not compatible in EU. You would have to buy the VML2030-100EUS version if you wants to have one that is compatible with the EU networks.
