To many devices

I have 9 cameras and have a unlimited plan I pay for every month. I try and add my new camera Go2 and it says to many devices and have to delete one and then can add another. Deleted one and it still won't let me add it. I added a different arlo and it added it and I had 10 cameras. Has anyone had this problem? If so how do u fix it.

Arlo Secure?

Or do you have one of the older subscriptions (Arlo Smart or Arlo Elite)?
