Your next step is to use the app to go to Settings, Support to choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts and open a case with official support.

As you may or may not know, I have close to 500 of these cameras and they have been working great. However, I have about 40 cameras that I need to re-purpose and I cannot get them to a factory reset. I hold the sync button for 15 seconds, the light blinks amber and that's it. It will not turn blue, it just blinks amber every few seconds. In some cases after I do the factory reset it will eventually turn blue and I can then install the camera. And yes, I have removed the device from the website/app. What can I do to get these to reset? I have tried holding the sync button and then installing the battery, which has worked on a couple of occasions, but not always. Help!

Just a thought - have you held the button for >15 seconds? Have you verified the batteries are charged as well as reinserting them?

Yes, I have held the sync button for 15 Seconds.

I have read that in some cases Firmware could be holding it up, but how can I install the Firmware update if I can't install the camera?
