Arlo Go issue with Arlo secure app

After I updated app in iPhone to the latest Arlo secure app.

I registered my Arlo go camera to app.

It looked the registration went well. And I can see realtime view from Arlo go and manual recording works in the app.

However it seems arm mode doesn’t work and I cannot change any recording related setting.

I saw in the web that currently Arlo secure app doesn’t support Arlo go.

Do you know any solution to make my Arlo go work again correctly?

or is Arlo team going to update Arlo secure app to support Arlo go?

At this time I do not have any information regarding if the Go 1 will work with the new UI. The Arlo Go 2 will in fact work with the new UI.

After the update of arlo secure software in 26th Mar to version 6.20.0, my arlo go was finally taken offline and even the real-time monitoring that used to work was no longer available…

I still have 1 another new arlo go in my stock, but…

The new user interface does support the Arlo Go. You need to actively use custom modes in order to get it to work as expected.

i have 8 Arlo Go and 3 Go2 cameras I bought for surveillance that do not work anymore. What happens if there is a burglary and the surveillance I invested in doesn’t work?

I think that the community deserves an answer.

I understand arlo cannot keep to provide old product such arlo go. But please try to keep the already exsisting arlo go in field work even with some limitation.
or Arlo should provide the alternative product that replace the old one. Arlo go 2 cannot be the alternative because it won’t work with LTE band 1 and 3, which used to work for arlo go. Hope arlo go 3? can solve all.

The Arlo Go will work with the new user interface. You need to use custom modes to have it work properly.

Does it mean Arlo Go(VML4030) will work with the latest version of Arlo secure software?

Previously you explained that arlo secure software doesn’t support arlo go. Idon’t know how to enable custom mode. Could you please tell the method, or the manual link? Thank you in advance.

How did you do for your arlo go?

My arlo go is still keeping offline although it appears in custom mode list together with my arlo pro2.

Did you disconnected arlo go and reactivate? Then your arlo go work e.g. realtime monitoring?

I would like to know how you recovered your old arlo go

The custom mode does not work. The motion is checked in custom mode but it is grayed. Will not activate. Unbelievable that Arlo forces an app update that will not work with my camera. My Go camera is useless with the new app!!
