However, starting in August 2025, it stopped working, so I had to buy a subscription to continue using the 7-day cloud storage. Why was my free storage terminated? Is it possible to get the free storage back, as it was for the past five years?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems a shame that you had to get arlo support to fix the arlo forever 7days free cloud storage by buying a forever subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just be aware that you are at risk of being forever subscription charged even if you cancel the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should contact the office of fair trading in your local authority to report that. I was ashamed to have Arlo branding at the front of my house as a result of these practices so I removed it - I cannot offer my support to a company at all that employs devious practices just because they hadn't thought through their business model properly in the first place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for bringing this to my attention. You should still have access to the 7-day rolling cloud storage for the Arlo Go camera. I am escalating this to the team for further review and will also request a refund for the subscription you purchased.&lt;/P&gt;
