Can’t connect

Hi, I want to add an Arlo Go into my account.

Its SKU is VML4030-1V0PES

However the blue light keeps on blinking (on battery, and plugged into 220) I can’t get the trigger sound when pressing the button.

SIM care is KPN data, without pin set. It works, checked in phone.

What can be the problem?

Do you mean the blue LED is ALWAYS flashing or just when you're trying to add the camera to your account? It shouldn't always be blinking at any time. If it is, try this procedure before swapping it at the store:

When I put battery inside or connect usb it starts flashing blue.

Try that FAQ. If that doesn't help, swap it.
