topic Not connecting in Arlo Go

Hi, I’m looking for help to sync one of my Arlo cameras to the base station. Have tried multiple times and I know the battery has charged, and I have factory reset the camera. Never had this problem before… Any ideas? As a sidenote, I’m really not impressed that I can only post in a community board to find some help, Even email support from Arlo has gone if I’m not a subscriber. I would not recommend the product to anyone anymore.

You're in the Arlo Go section - is that the camera you have? If so, it has never connected to a base station. Remove the camera battery and check the label for VMCxxxx to be sure.

Actually it appears to be a pro 2 now i look. Does it make a difference for troubleshooting? I’ll post in that branch 😖

The Go camera is significantly different in that it uses only cell service for its connection. I replied to your other post so check there.
