Logout and login from the app shows a continues progress cycle on the camera

Hi,
Trying to resolve the no live stream issue I have, and the message on the camera "getting status..." for the camera (after I added a camera and upgraded the application), I tried to logout and login, and now I got the "Notifications are muted till ... ", with continues scroll (as it tries to connect to the camera) and no live stream.
Need help ASAP, this camera is used to help me with watch my mom, please ...
