Can you verify signal strength, perhaps using a phone with the same carrier? If one location always works, try swapping cameras around.

I have 6 of these

randomly one will go offline. I take out the battery and insert a fully charged one. Might work an hour or 2, or a day or 2, or works perfectly. All 6 do this. Very inconsistent. All firmware is up to date on all 6 cameras
can someone please help

Yes, I have done that too

i have good signal. It doesn’t seem to be a signal issue or a specific camera issue.
they just drop offline randomly.

I guess it could be a carrier issue but that may be difficult to prove. Have you talked to them about the service level?
