Hello,

I got arlo GO with arlo sim card. I cant activate or buy plan for cellular. In subs. menu there is only arlo secure (which i have it)

Without activating/plan i cant add the camera. Its like a brick now.

Is the SIM card active? To onboard the camera, you must first activate the SIM card.

Yes. But it didnt work. There is no place to buy any plan. I can only buy normal secure subs.

Actually thats the case

The cameras previously activated and used. I try to add to a new account. (Old account info is lost) (The cameras are sleeping for a year maybe) I cant add to new account because the sim plan is ended and i cant buy new one. There is no place to buy any plan.
