I had have Arlo Go and Arlo solar panel many years and they have worked together fine. Last summer original connecting cable was broken and I bought the new one. The new cable is not Arlo product, because Arlo doesn’t sell only cables. Camera, solar panel and cable worked together last summer fine but this summer Arlo app said that “The charging source connected to the camera cannot charge your battery. Please use an Arlo power adapter.”

What I have to do?

Arlo does not support 3rd party accessories. If the solar panel was purchased within the one year warranty period we can try troubleshooting this issue for you.

Where I can buy new Arlo cable to my Arlo solar panel? I didn’t find the cable from Arlo even if I really tried. Please link this product!
