VMC2030 camera offline - battery not charging

Camera went offline last month and never came back online. Battery shows not charging despite being plugged in to a 110V outlet that is working. Any ideas on how to fix?

If it's offline it will not be shown as charging - it's offline.

For starters, I'd start by removing AC power and reinserting the battery. If no good, try removing the battery and use only AC power.

Ok thanks. The camera is at my dads camp so I will try this when I can make the trip up there.

Is the camera fully functional without the battery on AC power? I really don’t require battery power so just thinking maybe this would prevent issues with it going offline when the temp drops.

Yes, the camera is fully functional without the battery but on AC power.
