Been on the chat and phone with Arlo Support. My 120 minute plan is about to run out of minutes before the renewal date of 11/11. I want to keep the same 120 minute plan but Arlo will not let me renew the same plan and prefers that the camera wither run out of minutes OR I upgrade and spend more money on a plan I do not need. I have had this camera for years and it has just been a busy month that will not repeat itself. the 120 minute plan is fine, except for this month. If The Go runs out of time I need to drive 75 miles, get the camera, call Arlo, ask for free minutes to connect and then resubscribe to the 120 minute plan. I am tired of training the techs. I know more than them. So sick of Arlo
