Not yet- they appear to be around $60 bucks so wanted to check before biting the bullet.

Our Arlo go is unresponsive. We’ve tried restarting, taking the battery out, and plugging it into other outlets and nothing. No light activity. This device has been plugged into a power source at all times so the battery theoretically shouldn’t die. Can the battery die completely?

Yes, any battery can die. Have you tried another battery?

If the camera is not working without the battery installed and it is connected to external power it does suggest that the camera has died. This may save you $60 at least.
