Arlo Go added to existing account but syncing changes

Hi community,

I just added an Arlo Go (1) to my existing account. Camera is connected and I can (manually) start video and audio transmission.

However, changes of the camera settings incl. surveillance mode activation are not „stored“.

So, when e.g., activating surveillance for all cameras, the new Go changes to „fetching data“ and after some time switches back to „deactivated“.

The „old“ cameras (Qs) are still working as before.

Any suggestions or hints would be highly appreciated…

Are you able to manually record live streams? Do those recordings arrive in the library?

Hi JamesC,

yes and yes. Photos and videos are possible manually and show up in my "online" library...
