    <description>When camera is recording and I go live on the camera, in the library it shows it as manual and just shows a picture not the video. If you don’t go live and let the camera record, it shows a video in the library. How do you get it to stop changing to manual and see the video in the library.</description>

      <description>If you use the arlo web portal in browser on a pc you should be able to play the problem video, it should say prepare stream.&lt;BR /&gt;If you’re using the arlo mobile app you can save the problem video to the phone and it should be playable.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a subscription plan you can contact support via the app to open a fault case to get it fixed.</description>
