Hi I bought some cameras arlo go cameras off facebook and the guy says he's removed them from his account but he hasn't and I can't connect them to my own account is there anyway I can get this sorted so I can use the cameras or have I just wasted my money

I guess that if they are stolen then yes you have wasted money.

If they are legit then there is a chance of getting arlo support to assist, look in the app settings page for support options.
