Arlo Go will not scan QR Code to add back to system. Receives 4 bonks.

I have 4 Arlo Go used at work site. 2 were not needed so I deleted them. I'm now trying to add them back with no luck. I selected ADD CAMERAS, SELECTED ARLO GO, INSERTED CHARGED BATTERY, HEARD CHIME TO AT&T NETWORK, HELD DOWN SYNC FOR 1 SECOND, AND SCANNED THE QR CODE. RECEIVED 4 BONKS INSTEAD OF THE CHIMES. ?? Any suggestion on what I missed?

Tyr resetting your camera to factory default settings. Then add it to your phone.
