    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not take it anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to speak to a person directly that can give send me a detailed summary of my charges and actual usage of my Arlo Go camera from April. I have over paid so much money and customer service just keeps sending emails thanking me for my patience. I do not need a tech per se as this requires someone who can get into billing an usage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know if others have experienced reduced time on their camera and been charged for a full 120 minutes or more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service is lacking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
